We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Content & Visual Storytelling Manager to elevate and visually communicate the story of MØDE Campus and Liberty Launch Academy.
MØDE is a 220,000+ sq ft ecosystem bringing together coworking, athletics, youth sports, education, events, creative production, café culture, entrepreneurship, and community gathering — all under one roof.
Liberty Launch Academy operates inside this environment as a mastery-based, future-ready private school designed for the modern world.
This role exists to capture the temperature of the campus — the movement, energy, relationships, and momentum happening daily — and translate it into compelling visual storytelling.
You will not simply create content.
You will help shape how the world experiences MØDE.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Brand Narrative
- Develop and execute a comprehensive visual content strategy aligned with campus and organizational goals.
- Ensure consistent storytelling across social media, websites, email campaigns, enrollment marketing, and digital advertising.
- Translate everyday campus life into compelling brand narratives.
- Maintain visual and storytelling consistency across multiple brands and program verticals.
Visual Storytelling Leadership
- Lead creation of high-quality visual storytelling including video, photography direction, reels, short-form content, and campaign visuals.
- Plan and direct content capture days across athletics, education, events, and community programming.
- Guide videographers and photographers with clear creative direction, shot planning, and storytelling objectives.
- Oversee post-production outcomes to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Note: This role directs visual production — professional videography experience is helpful but not required.
Campus Content Capture
- Identify key moments across campus that should be documented and amplified.
- Capture the culture, people, and momentum of daily operations.
- Support major announcements, launches, and relaunch initiatives through visual storytelling.
- Build recurring visual content pillars that showcase community life.
Multichannel Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing leadership, branding manager, and social media teams.
- Support enrollment marketing for Liberty Launch Academy.
- Align storytelling with events, promotions, and campaigns.
- Ensure visuals translate effectively across multiple platforms and audiences.
AI-Enhanced Content Innovation

- Explore AI tools for content ideation, scripting, editing assistance, and workflow optimization.
- Improve creative efficiency through emerging technology.
- Help integrate AI into content production and marketing processes.
- Continuously test tools that increase output while maintaining quality.

Campaign & Brand Visibility
- Support multichannel campaigns that elevate brand awareness locally and regionally.
- Collaborate on influencer partnerships, media opportunities, and storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure cohesive visual messaging across marketing, PR, and community engagement efforts.
Analytics & Performance
- Monitor engagement metrics and campaign performance.
- Analyze content effectiveness and audience response.
- Provide insights to improve storytelling and marketing outcomes.
- Help connect creative output to measurable results.
Project & Production Management
- Manage content production timelines and priorities.
- Coordinate resources and creative partners efficiently.
- Support budgeting and planning for major content initiatives.
Experience & QualificationsRequired
- Proven experience in brand storytelling, content strategy, marketing, or creative direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling projects.
- Excellent creative eye for composition, tone, and narrative.
- Ability to guide photographers and videographers effectively.
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience in lifestyle brands, education, sports, events, or community organizations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of short-form social video formats.
- Experience managing multichannel marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and modern content workflows.
- Experience coordinating launches, relaunches, or brand campaigns.
