Job Summary

The Product Marketing Manager owns Inspirus’ product positioning, product go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement execution. This role is responsible for translating product capabilities into compelling market-facing stories that drive pipeline growth, shorten sales cycles, and improve product adoption.

You will serve as the strategic connective layer between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success while managing and mentoring the Product Marketing Associate.

This role blends strategy and execution, ideal for a product marketer who can define positioning frameworks while also shipping high-quality enablement assets and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Include, but are Not Limited to:

1. Product Positioning, Messaging & Market Strategy

You will own Inspirus’ product narrative and differentiation in the market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Define value propositions by:
  • Buyer persona
  • Industry segment
  • Use case
  • Company size
  • Translate positioning into:
  • Website messaging
  • Sales collateral
  • Campaign narratives
  • Product launch content
  • Lead persona development and updates across:
  • Buyers
  • Influencers
  • End users
  • Ensure consistent messaging across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success

2. Go-To-Market Strategy & Product Launch Execution

You will lead Inspirus’ product and feature launches end-to-end.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with Marketing Director to build go-to-market plans for:
  • Product releases
  • Feature launches
  • Integrations
  • Bundles and packaging updates
  • Partner with Product to:
  • Align roadmap priorities with market needs
  • Translate roadmap into customer-ready messaging
  • Coordinate launch execution across:
  • Website updates
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Sales enablement
  • Customer communications
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure launch performance and adoption

3. Sales Enablement Leadership

You will design and own Inspirus’ enablement strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create scalable sales enablement frameworks including:
  • Sales playbooks
  • Competitive battlecards
  • Discovery guides
  • Pitch decks
  • Product one-pagers
  • Develop integrated sales plays aligned to marketing campaigns
  • Ensure Sales and CS teams can clearly articulate:
  • Product value
  • Differentiation
  • ROI narratives
  • Maintain centralized enablement repositories and documentation
  • Partner with Revenue leaders to reduce sales cycle friction

4. Competitive Intelligence & Market Research

You will lead competitive and market analysis efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor competitive landscape and positioning shifts
  • Build and maintain competitive battlecards
  • Conduct:
  • Market research
  • Win/loss analysis
  • Voice-of-customer feedback reviews
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and positioning gaps
  • Share competitive insights with Sales, Product, and Leadership

5. Product Enablement & Internal Training

You will own product knowledge enablement across customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and deliver:
  • Monthly product enablement sessions
  • Competitive updates
  • Feature training sessions
  • Design onboarding content for:
  • New Sales hires
  • New CS team members
  • New Marketing team members
  • Partner with Product and Support teams to maintain knowledge accuracy
  • Ensure internal teams are prepared for launches and roadmap changes

6. Marketing Campaign & Demand Enablement Support

You will collaborate with Marketing on campaign execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support campaign strategy with:
  • Messaging frameworks
  • Product narratives
  • Offer positioning
  • Collaborate on:
  • Product landing pages
  • Feature pages
  • Campaign content
  • Interactive experiences
  • Videos
  • Ensure alignment between:
  • Campaign messaging
  • Sales enablement materials
  • Product positioning

7. Team Leadership & Process Ownership

You will manage the Product Marketing Associate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide mentorship and coaching
  • Assign and prioritize projects
  • Establish workflows and documentation standards
  • Own roadmap for product marketing initiatives
  • Build scalable processes across:
  • Enablement
  • Asset management
  • Knowledge management

Cross-Functional Partnerships

You will work closely with:

  • Product Management
  • Engineering leadership
  • Sales Leadership
  • Customer Success
  • Support Operations
  • Growth and Demand Marketing teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–6+ years of experience in:
  • Product Marketing
  • SaaS Marketing
  • Sales Enablement
  • SaaS experience required
  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams
