Role & Responsibilities:
The Talent Manager serves the talent of G&B, maximizing every opportunity to actively contribute to the legacy of excellence. Talent Managers do more than merely manage talent, they are a true business partner to the Influencers on their team and maintain a level of strong leadership. Talent Managers are constantly looking for new opportunities to expand the influence and portfolio of business for their roster of digital talent. A first class seat at the top agency in Influencer management, G&B Talent Managers are setting the bar for the industry.
This role requires a strong level of ownership, communication, and foresight. Talent Managers are passionate about building their own career in the Influencer industry, pursuing opportunities that expand their roster's influence and commercial portfolio.
The Job
- Manage personal roster of talent
- Generate $1.8-2M+ in annual revenue across personal talent roster and broader G&B talent roster.
- Lead monthly strategy meetings for personal talent roster (at minimum).
- Handle consistent communication with talent and provide strategic career direction.
- Identify, assess, and propose creative solutions to improving your talent’s quality of business.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking of deals and documentation in HubSpot.
- Complete monthly sales planning and forecasting sheets.
- Maintain consistent business development across personal talent roster and broader G&B roster.
- Hit monthly and quarterly business development targets across inbound and outbound channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, brands and agencies.
- Attend events or meetings with talent, brand and agency partners, if local.
- Qualify all inbound leads and opportunities.
- Conduct proactive outreach and ability to convert outbound opportunities.
- Participate in brand and agency meetings.
- Manage premium programs with professionalism and strategic oversight.
- Maintain exceptional project management standards across all active campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Manager in the Influencer / digital media industry
- Ability to drive revenue, manage pipelines, negotiate programs, and lead business development
- Ability to build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships
- Key understanding of Influencer marketing, Creator partnerships, and social platforms
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong forecasting, planning, and organizational abilities
- Proactive, independent, and committed to excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability along with ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment
- Experience using HubSpot, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management tool
- A genuine passion for Creator growth and brand building
- Excellent brand, agency and/or talent references
