NumWorks is on a mission to simplify math learning with intuitive calculator tools for teachers and students. We offer the only complete ecosystem of graphing calculator tools designed for the classroom. With NumWorks, students and teachers can spend less class time focused on calculator processes and more time learning mathematics!

Role Description

You will be responsible for building and activating a network of educator partners, creating compelling marketing content, and supporting awareness and revenue growth through digital initiatives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to several projects, as the US Marketing team is still small at this time. You will also work closely with Sales and Leadership.

Responsibilities

Community and Partnerships

  • Build and grow a network of educator partners and ambassadors
  • Animate this network to create content, host webinars, give talks at events, etc
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships within the education space to increase our awareness and build our brand credibility

Content and Sales Enablement

  • Create case studies, testimonials, and classroom success stories
  • Develop marketing materials to support the sales team
  • Launch local marketing campaigns in coordination with our sales teams needs

Digital Marketing and Website

  • Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, X, others as relevant)
  • Plan and publish engaging content
  • Manage ads campaign to increase our awareness
  • Monitor performance and optimize engagement
  • Oversee website updates and basic SEO improvements
  • Assist with video and webinar content, including basic editing, publishing, and post-production updates

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, community management, or growth roles
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects independently
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve performance
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable
  • Bonus: Experience in education, EdTech, or working with educators
