About the job
THE OPPORTUNITY
We have 4 million followers, a client list that includes some of the biggest names in entertainment and sports, and vehicles that start at $300,000+.
- We are looking for a Performance Marketer who treats every post, every campaign, every email, and every live session as a data point. Your job is not to create the content or run the campaigns. Your job is to measure everything the marketing team produces, tell us exactly what is generating qualified leads and what is not, and give the team the insights they need to improve. You are the accountability layer across all of marketing.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• Track and report on the performance of every piece of content across IG, YouTube, and TikTok. Identify what is driving qualified leads versus what is generating vanity metrics, and feed those insights back to the Product Marketer and content team.
• Report on all paid campaign performance across Meta and Google. Monitor spend, cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, and ROAS daily. Flag underperformance and recommend where to shift budget.
• Measure the effectiveness of all marketing emails. Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion to booked consultations. Report on what messaging is moving leads forward and what is getting ignored.
• Analyze A/B test results from landing pages, website elements, and ad creatives. Validate whether changes are producing statistically meaningful improvements and report findings to the team.
• Track live session metrics including viewer count, engagement, leads generated, and post-live conversion. Provide data-backed reporting on what formats, times, and CTAs are performing.
• Build and maintain attribution tracking across every channel so we know which campaigns, posts, and touchpoints are producing actual sales inquiries, not just impressions and clicks.
• Map and report on the full funnel from first touch to qualified lead to sales handoff. Identify where prospects are dropping off and surface those gaps to the team with clear data.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into what marketing is producing. No one should have to ask. The data should be clear and accessible.
• Track PR and influencer placement performance. Measure referral traffic, engagement, and lead quality from press hits and influencer partnerships so we know what is worth repeating.
• Monitor retargeting and remarketing performance. Report on conversion rates, cost efficiency, and audience quality across each retargeting segment so the Product Marketer can optimize.
Required Experience
• 4 to 6+ years in performance marketing, marketing analytics, or growth marketing with deep experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Expert-level fluency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
• Strong reporting experience across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. You know how to pull the data, interpret it, and turn it into actionable recommendations.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
• Experience with CRM-integrated reporting that tracks from first touch through to closed sale.
• Strong understanding of statistical significance and how to evaluate test results with rigor.
What Sets You Apart
• Numbers-first thinker. You do not trust gut feel. If it cannot be measured, it cannot be improved. Every recommendation you make is backed by data.
• Lead quality obsession. You understand that 100 unqualified leads are worth less than 5 qualified ones. You measure what matters, not what looks good on a slide.
• Clarity over complexity. You can take a wall of data and turn it into a one-page insight that leadership and creative teams can act on immediately.
• Proactive reporter. You do not wait to be asked how things are performing. You surface problems and opportunities before anyone else sees them.
• System builder. You build tracking, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure that outlasts you. Nothing runs on tribal knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in marketing analytics for luxury, automotive, or high-consideration products targeting high-net-worth audiences.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and closed-loop reporting from ad impression through to sale.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar).
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus but results matter more than certifications.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
• Performance-based bonus tied to reporting accuracy, lead quality improvements, and revenue attribution milestones.
- • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.
