About the Role

Filthy is seeking a creative, culturally fluent, and organized Social & Community Manager to help shape and grow our brand presence across social platforms. This role blends strategy, content execution, and community engagement, and is ideal for someone who combines strong creative instincts with operational excellence.

You will play a key role in executing Filthy’s social strategy, developing engaging platform-native content, managing community interactions, and supporting influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategically minded, with a sharp eye for what resonates in culture and social media.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Platform Execution

  • Execute Filthy Food’s social strategy across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities

Content Creation

  • Concept, create, and publish platform-native content (photo, video, graphics, short-form, etc.)
  • Produce social assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Partner with internal/external creatives as needed
  • Uphold a high creative and aesthetic standard

Community Management

  • Engage with customers, fans, and brand advocates
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions
  • Respond thoughtfully and in brand voice

Influencer & Creator Support

  • Assist in identifying, vetting, and coordinating creator partnerships
  • Support product seeding and collaborations
  • Track engagement and performance

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Track performance metrics and optimize accordingly

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience agency side or brand side, making content for brands
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to create with guidelines
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and content formats
  • Comfortable creating content independently
  • Proficient with creative tools (Canva, Adobe, AI tools, etc.)
  • Experience supporting influencer/creator initiatives
  • Resourceful, proactive, and highly organized
  • Balances creativity with strategy
