About the job
We’re looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Influencer + Whitelisting Coordinator to support the execution and amplification of our influencer marketing campaigns. This role will own the technical setup and execution of whitelisted ads across key social platforms and manage communication with creators, including coordinating contracts, usage rights agreements, and product gifting. The ideal candidate understands both what makes content resonate and the technical administration of platform ad managers. The role is based in LA, but we are also open to candidates in San Diego.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end process for whitelisting on meta and tiktok. This includes sourcing talent, negotiating deliverables and rates, requesting access, troubleshooting permission errors, and ensuring codes/links are active.
- Act as the bridge between the creator and the ads team to ensure all whitelisted content meets technical specs and usage right agreements.
- Track and organize incoming content.
- Pull weekly data on creator performance (engagement, reach, impressions, conversion)
- Manage product gifting for influencers including the logistics of getting product into creators' hands, tracking shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring creators have what they need to film.
- Assist influencer marketing manager with building out and managing an influencer brand ambassador program that includes both tiktok, tiktok shop, and instagram content creators. This includes sourcing talent, negotiating deliverables and rates, building strong relationships and ensuring every creator feels special and is a part of the creator team.
Who You Are
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles.
- You have a strong understanding of the technical side of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads.
- You have a strong understanding of the kind of creator and content that works for ad performance (can distinguish what will make for converting ad plus work organically).
- You are very organized and have strong communication skills.
- You know how to manage and work a large budget.
- You have very strong people skills and are confident communicating with creators and agencies both online and in person.
- You are adaptive and flexible as strategies, and initiatives may shift.
- You are familiar with the influencer landscape on Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop and Youtube.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $60,000 - 70,000. We offer competitive compensation based on factors like experience, qualifications and location, which may result in a salary above or below the listed range.
