<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this paid role, you will develop and execute engaging digital marketing strategies, manage our social media platforms, and enhance our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.

<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring social listening insights.
  • Create compelling visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support branding initiatives.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with the public relations team to craft press releases, manage media relationships, and support branding efforts.
  • Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to streamline scheduling and reporting processes.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising platforms to target specific audiences effectively.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with online sales initiatives.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers through relationship management practices.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.

<Skills>

  • Proficiency in social listening tools and social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics including Google Analytics.
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies including social media marketing, branding, and e-commerce promotion.
  • Ability to create engaging content through photography and video editing techniques.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and public relations activities.
  • Excellent proofreading skills combined with strong relationship management abilities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
