Lundmark Advertising is recruiting for a personable, outgoing Account Manager with 1–2 years of marketing or advertising experience to join our team in Kansas City, MO.
Established in 1947, Lundmark is a full-service advertising and design agency with a proven track record of helping both iconic brands and growing businesses succeed. This is a client-facing role with no supervisorial responsibilities. The Account Manager will work closely with agency leadership and internal team members to ensure client deliverables are completed on schedule and to the highest standard.

This is not a role of delegation — the Account Manager will be directly involved in producing content, managing details, and supporting execution across multiple client initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
The Account Manager will support a diverse range of clients and initiatives, including:
- Developing monthly social media content calendars for multiple clients
- Managing influencer marketing efforts for key campaigns
- Scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and reporting on social media performance
- Building and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Coordinating the development of media campaign plans
- Trafficking creative assets to media and platform partners
- Assisting with project management across a wide variety of deliverables, including:
- Digital advertising
- Print materials
- Out-of-home campaigns
- Radio and audio
- Email marketing
- Event and promotional marketing

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- 1–2 years of professional experience in a marketing or advertising environment
- Strong writing and content development skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and paid social tools
- Comfort working in project management software and handling multiple client workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
