LS Divine is a growing beauty and skincare brand focused on high-quality, results-driven products. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Manager who understands modern beauty marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts daily
- Create and edit engaging short-form videos and reels
- Plan and execute content calendar
- Perform influencer outreach and manage collaborations
- Research trends and implement viral concepts strategically
- Track performance metrics and optimize content
- Assist with TikTok Shop and product promotions
- Coordinate giveaways and campaigns
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
- Experience with influencer outreach and negotiation
- Skilled in short-form video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Understanding of beauty and skincare market
- Ability to identify trends early and act fast
- Organized, proactive and self-driven
Preferred
- Experience managing beauty brand accounts
- Portfolio of content or accounts managed
- Knowledge of paid ads is a plus
Compensation
Competitive and based on experience.
