Full-Time | Miami, FL (Hybrid: In-Office Tues–Thurs)

RockOrange is a Miami-based multicultural communications agency specializing in U.S.

Hispanic and general market campaigns. We help brands connect authentically with culture

through earned media, influencer engagement, and integrated storytelling.

We are seeking a driven Account Executive who is a strong writer, proactive pitcher, and

culturally fluent communicator.

Position Overview

The Account Executive plays a critical role in executing integrated communications programs.

This individual must have solid media pitching experience, strong writing skills, and exposure

to influencer campaigns.

This role requires in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday in Miami.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations

• Develop media lists across general market and U.S. Hispanic outlets

• Draft and pitch stories to reporters and editors

• Build and maintain media relationships

• Coordinate interviews and manage press logistics

Writing & Content

• Draft press releases, media advisories, pitches, and briefing materials

• Ensure cultural nuance and brand consistency

• Support message development and campaign materials

Influencer Support

• Research and vet influencers

• Assist with outreach and partnership coordination

• Track deliverables and performance

• Support event activations and media/influencer moments

Account Support

• Participate in client calls

• Prepare meeting recaps and status reports

• Maintain trackers and timelines

• Support reporting and campaign measurement

Qualifications

• 2–5 years agency or communications experience

• Strong writing and editing skills

• Proven media pitching experience

• Exposure to influencer campaigns preferred

• Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
