Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time, commission-based Community Marketing & Social Media Partner who thrives on relationship-building and understands how to turn community connections into brand awareness and new clients.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will not sell or close services. Instead, your role is to:

• Build strategic local partnerships that drive new clients into Evry
• Support light, consistent social media content that amplifies those partnerships

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Relationship Development (Primary Focus)

• Build and manage referral relationships with:
• Gyms and fitness studios
• Personal trainers
• Hair salons and stylists
• PT clinics and wellness providers
• PTAs and local parent groups
• Community organizations and small businesses
• Coordinate collaborative events, pop-ups, cross-promotions, and open houses
• Develop simple referral programs with partners
• Represent Evry professionally at networking and community events
• Track referral sources to ensure accurate commission attribution

Social Media Support (Supporting Role)

• Capture and post content from community partnerships (events, collaborations, behind-the-scenes moments)
• Create simple, on-brand Instagram content (Reels, stories, partner shoutouts)
• Tag and cross-promote local partners
• Help identify local influencers or community figures aligned with Evry
• Maintain consistency in tone and professionalism online

This is not a full-scale digital marketing role — it is community-driven social amplification.

What You’re Not Responsible For

• Selling medical aesthetic services
• Performing consultations
• Managing paid advertising campaigns
• Running full-scale digital marketing strategy

Ideal Candidate

• Naturally relationship-oriented and outgoing
• Comfortable walking into gyms, salons, or community businesses to introduce Evry
• Understands Instagram and local social engagement
• Organized and self-directed
• Has experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, hospitality, or community marketing
• Excited to grow alongside a new brand

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
