Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Hybrid)

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 am-3:30 pm | 40 hours/week

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team in Irvine, CA. In this hybrid, full-time position, you'll manage and execute content strategies for multiple in-house brands, overseeing everything from daily social content and influencer campaigns to paid ads, giveaways, and B2B support. You’ll also assist the marketing team by attending events throughout the year (15% Travel) to assist with capturing content and promoting our products at tradeshows and expo’s. There will also be some copywriting involved for writing blogs and social/ad copy for the websites + social channels on a weekly/monthly basis in order to help support our SEO and SEM marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create and post engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and YouTube Shorts

● Develop and manage 30–60 day content calendars across multiple brands

● Traffic and manage in-house Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns; monitor performance and optimize for results (with Ad Agency support)

● Manage daily posting, community engagement, and real-time interactions across platforms

● Write and manage creative briefs for UGC creators and influencers; oversee content delivery and approvals

● Collaborate with influencer/UGC agencies, UGC partners, and a paid ad agency

● Plan and coordinate giveaways and brand partnerships, including outreach, product shipping, and tracking performance

● Use Shopify testimonials from product pages for compelling copy, photos, and videos to post on social media

● Collaborate weekly with B2B and marketing teams; create engaging posts highlighting retailers, promote wins, enhance B2B relationships and oversee any other B2B initiatives needed on social media

● Write and edit content across all channels: social captions, product descriptions, ads, blog posts, and align with EDM emails

● Copy edit product packaging, instruction manuals, and other printed brand materials for grammar, clarity, and tone

● Track and report on content and ad performance with actionable monthly analytics

Requirements:

● 2-4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and content creation

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

● Strong photography and video skills (DSLR/Mirrorless) with editing proficiency

● Experience with Shopify, including product page creation and updates

● Proven ability to manage multiple brand voices and calendars simultaneously

● Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

● Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills for both digital and print

● Experience writing content briefs and managing creators, freelancers, or influencers ● Experience with Sprout Social (a plus)

● Familiarity with B2B marketing and creating on-brand assets

● Proficient with Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) for collaboration and reporting

● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator

● Must be available to work full-time (40 hrs a week), with on-site work in Irvine, CA (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

● Must be able to commute or relocate to Irvine, CA
