CLD PR & Experiential Productions is proud to produce an exclusive, high-profile event taking place during Coachella Weekend in the desert, one of the most anticipated and talked-about brand experiences surrounding the festival.

This is a unique opportunity to gain behind the scenes experience to the full lifecycle of a large-scale experiential production, from pre-event build and preparation to onsite execution and post-event breakdown. Team members will have the chance to see firsthand what it takes to bring a high-level festival activation to life, working alongside experienced production and event professionals in a fast-paced, high impact environment.

This annual, invite-only activation brings together globally recognized fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands for an immersive desert experience defined by elevated design and unmatched visibility. Known for drawing top-tier talent, industry leaders, and influential tastemakers, this event has solidified its place as a premier destination during festival weekend.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This event will be taking place in Thermal, CA, just outside of the Coachella Festival grounds, from Monday, April 6th through Sunday, April 12th and hosted at a private, exclusive estate that sets the stage for a highly elevated desert experience.

Prep Days

Monday, April 6th, 2026: 12PM - 9PM

Tuesday, April 7th, 2026: 9AM - 9PM

Wednesday, April 8th, 2026: 9AM - 9PM

Thursday, April 9th, 2026: 9AM - 9PM

Friday, April 10th, 2026: 9AM - 9PM

On Prep Days, you’ll assist with event setup and production, merchandising brand displays, organizing and managing event inventory, styling photo moments, and providing general support to our lead event producer. This is a full, hands-on day that involves both creative and logistical work to get the venue ready.

Event Day

Saturday, April 11th, 2026: 8AM - 8PM

Tasks may include guest check-in, ushering guests, assisting with product selection and content creation, restocking the floor with product, and providing general production support to ensure the event runs smoothly. You may also help guide guests through different activation areas or assist with quick touch-ups to keep displays looking photo-ready. Roles will be assigned the day of by our lead event producer.

Strike Day

Sunday, April 12th, 2026: 8AM - 8PM

You’ll assist with post-event production tasks, including dismantling signage and backdrops, organizing and storing event supplies, managing inventory of event materials, and providing administrative support such as contributing to post-event reporting or recap documentation. These are full, hands-on days where you’ll gain valuable experience in seeing how an event is produced from ideation, learning the behind-the-scenes process that brings everything full circle.

While it is not required to work all shifts, working multiple days will be encouraged and will 100% be more likely to be chosen for this role.

Availability & Travel Requirements

For local candidates residing within Riverside County and surrounding areas, working multiple shifts is encouraged and will lead to a higher likelihood of being chosen for this role.

For candidates who are not local to the Indio/Coachella area, full availability for all event dates (April 6th – April 12th) is required, as only a few selected team members will be traveling and supporting the event alongside our Senior PR & Events Production team. Lodging accommodations and meals by craft services will be provided for traveling staff.

Please note that transportation to and from the desert will not be provided; however, mileage reimbursement will be available for team members who volunteer to drive.
