Director of Marketing & Partnerships

to own the functional strategy, execution, and performance of marketing and partnership initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for driving material business outcomes through paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, CRO, SEO, partnerships, affiliates, influencers, and go-to-market execution.

As a Director, this role owns marketing and partnerships as a function — assessing market dynamics, competitive landscape, and operational risk while setting clear priorities and frameworks that drive growth. The Director of Marketing & Partnerships leads cross-functional initiatives, aligns stakeholders, and ensures marketing is accountable to measurable revenue, conversion, and retention outcomes.

This is a hands-on, operator-first leadership role for someone who can shape strategy, influence senior leadership, and execute with discipline. You will build scalable systems, guide investment decisions, and represent the function internally as a trusted growth leader.

📍Location:

This hybrid role is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, with team members working from the office three days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be open to occasional domestic and international travel (approximately once per quarter).

Primary Job Duties:

  • Own the functional strategy and execution for marketing and partnerships, driving measurable impact across revenue, acquisition, conversion, and growth
  • Lead and scale Zendrop’s marketing organization across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, CRO, design, development, and partnerships

  • Set clear priorities, goals, and performance metrics aligned to company objectives
  • Own influencer, affiliate, and strategic partnership relationships, including negotiation, deal structure, incentives, and performance management
  • Approve and oversee major partnership agreements and revenue-driving collaborations
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to drive product-led growth, in-app conversion, and monetization initiatives
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for launches, promotions, and new initiatives
  • Ensure marketing data, dashboards, and reporting are accurate, visible, and used to guide decision-making
  • Act as the escalation point for high-impact performance, execution, or partner-related issues
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership on company-wide growth initiatives
  • Manage budgets, staffing plans, and operational excellence for the marketing and partnerships function
  • Build scalable systems, SOPs, and workflows to standardize decision-making and increase execution velocity
