We are the #1 premier College Counselling advisory firm based in Irvine, California looking for a high-performance Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of our content, email marketing, and client engagement strategy.
This is not a support role.
Responsibilities
This role will focus on the daily management and optimization of our online presence across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing digital marketing strategy.
This role owns execution, consistency, and measurable growth.

What You’ll Own:
Video & Content Growth
- Film and edit short- and long-form video content
- Add graphics, captions, CTAs, and engagement hooks
- Optimize RedNote, WeChat, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook content for retention and growth
- Build a consistent campaign calendar with content goals to-be-completed
- Track engagement metrics and improve performance over time
Events & Client Engagement
- Coordinate seminars and bi-annual client events
- Attend monthly evening seminars events
- Assisting marketing team to conduct onsite marketing event/campaign
- Help design and oversee our regular newsletter(s)
Social Media & Content Marketing (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Develop creative briefs, stories, and mood boards for all video content.
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience feedback to refine content strategy.
- Engage with followers, monitor content performance, customer reviews, respond to comments, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create, schedule, and publish compelling visual and video content tailored to each platform's best practices.
- Repurpose content strategically across platforms blogs articles etc.
- Develop and execute a structured content publishing plan
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus in social media platforms.
- Demonstrable experience with social media content creation, scheduling, and community management on Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application across websites
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong attention to detail and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment
- Able to adapt and respond to change, make decisions, and prioritize tasks and projects.
- Strong influencer or Social media experience growing RedNote, Wechat, YouTube or social channels
- Fluent in English and in Mandarin as well
- Able to both think strategically and execute tactically
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Weekend availability is mandatory. Weekday flexibility is a plus
