Your Job: The Brooks NA marketing team drives regional strategy, go-to-market planning, activations, and campaign prioritization for all NA brand and regional marketing campaigns. Our focus is to attract new audiences to the Brooks brand and drive consideration at critical points in the customer journey to deliver key performance metrics such as market share, revenue, and brand affinity.
As the Senior Manager, North America Integrated Marketing, you will elevate the North America (NA) regional planning and development of seasonal go-to-market marketing campaigns, drive evergreen initiatives and take on a more strategic leadership role. You will drive brand-level projects and provide strong guidance to channel teams. You will work closely with the Director to make higher-level choices and offer feedback to global teams that influence broader strategies. Additionally, you will take on increased accountability for delivering NA and regional plans, mentor and lead a larger team, and identify opportunities to improve processes and marketing opportunities that push the brand forward.
The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience, excels at unifying cross-functional teams, and has a keen ability to mentor others while balancing big-picture thinking with flawless execution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Brand Guidance
Lead the planning and development of NA seasonal marketing go-to-market initiatives with key cross-functional stakeholders and global brand teams
Own regional strategy providing stronger brand-level guidance to channel teams to drive the development of impactful assets and tactics that align with overall brand strategy Partner with Director to make high-level decisions and, when needed, independently steer initiatives to completion
Accountability for Regional and Global Integration
Take ownership of delivering NA and regional marketing plans, ensuring they align with broader business objectives and timelines
Partner with the Director to deliver robust feedback and insights to global teams, influencing global strategy to better address regional needs Build and maintain relationships with global brand managers, regional owners, channel teams and sales teams to ensure plans are integrated and effective
Campaign Development and Execution
Oversee the development of go-to-market and tactical plans that integrate a purposeful point of view on the runner’s experience
Manage tactical planning for seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment across teams and the delivery of high-quality marketing activations
Lead team to conduct campaign optimizations, retros, and reporting in partnership with channel owners to improve performance and learnings for future initiatives Empower and guide cross-channel SMEs to drive integration on channel led opportunities
Team Leadership and Mentorship
Lead, coach, and mentor a larger team, fostering career development, growth opportunities and identifying succession plans
Empower team members to take ownership of initiatives and encourage collaboration across the organization Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the team
Process Innovation and Opportunity Identification
Continuously evaluate and unify processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across regional marketing operations
Identify and explore new marketing opportunities and innovative approaches to propel the brand forward
Champion process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
Present regional seasonal marketing campaigns and tactical plans to key stakeholders, including Sales Management, Marketing Leadership, and Executive Leadership teams
Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of marketing strategies and priorities
Serve as a cross-functional and leadership influencer, driving alignment and inspiring collaboration across diverse teams to achieve shared goals
- Strategic Leadership and Brand Guidance
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in brand or product marketing, with demonstrated success in leadership roles
- 5+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and conceptual skills, with the ability to execute flawlessly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire others
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to drive complex projects without a written playbook and solution issues independently
- Proactive and innovative mindset, with a drive to identify opportunities and push boundaries
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with an ability to balance multiple priorities

Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $134,295 - $214,894 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
