Position Overview
The E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily online operations, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. This position blends creativity with organization and analytics. You’ll help bring new collections to life online, support product launches, manage website updates, and assist with marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves fashion, understands digital trends, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Support
- Upload and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, sizing, tags)
- Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with merchandising team
- Assist in maintaining homepage updates and promotional banners
- Ensure product photography and visuals align with brand standards
- Track website performance and weekly sales reports
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (build, schedule, test, analyze)
- Support SMS marketing initiatives
- Help coordinate product launches and seasonal promotions
- Organize content calendars for social media
- Assist with influencer outreach and campaign tracking
- Support paid ad coordination (Meta, Google, etc.)
Creative & Brand Support
- Help prepare mood boards and campaign assets
- Assist in photoshoot prep and product styling coordination
- Ensure cohesive brand messaging across website and email
- Research fashion trends and competitor activity

Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in marketing, e-commerce, retail, or fashion-related role (internships welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Familiarity with Shopify (or similar platform)
- Basic understanding of email platforms (ex: Mailchimp, etc.)
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong written communication skills
- Passion for women’s fashion and digital trends
Bonus:
- Canva or Adobe experience (Illustrator, Lightroom & Photoshop)
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Basic KPI knowledge
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
