Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and high-energy Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth and brand storytelling. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes the intersection of beauty, technology, and content creation. You will be responsible for capturing the "magic" that happens inside our Sunset Blvd clinic and translating it into high-performing content that drives bookings. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of the medical aesthetics industry—knowing how to showcase "Before & After" results while maintaining a high-fashion, luxury aesthetic that resonates with the Silver Lake demographic.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Spend 2–3 days per week on-site at the clinic to capture high-quality photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) of procedures, patient journeys, and "behind-the-scenes" clinic life.
• Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with our seasonal promotions, new equipment launches (e.g., new lasers or fillers), and wellness trends.
• Community Engagement: Manage all social media interactions. Respond to DMs and comments with a "concierge" tone, converting casual inquiries into booked consultations.
• Provider Partnerships: Work closely with our Nurse Injectors and Estheticians to film educational "Expert Series" content, positioning our team as the leading authorities in LA aesthetics.
• Paid Media & Ads: Oversee small-to-medium scale Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns to target local Silver Lake and Los Angeles residents.
• Influencer & PR: Identify and outreach to local LA influencers and beauty bloggers for "collab treatments" to expand our brand reach and referral network.
• Analytics: Track and report on key metrics (engagement, follower growth, and—most importantly—leads generated via social) to ensure a high ROI on marketing efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, specifically within the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics space.
• Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot, etc.), professional lighting (ring lights/softboxes), and high-end smartphone photography.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with "medspa language" (Botox, fillers, microneedling, etc.) and a solid understanding of HIPAA/legal guidelines regarding patient privacy in marketing.
• Aesthetic Eye: A portfolio that demonstrates a clean, luxury, and modern visual style. You must understand how to make a clinical environment look "glamorous."
• Copywriting: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clever, engaging, and error-free captions that drive action.
• Local Connection: Based in or near Los Angeles with an understanding of the Silver Lake/Echo Park/Hollywood culture and aesthetic.

Pay: $4,100.00 - $4,400.00 per month
