We specialize in high-performance hurricane protection systems designed to meet strict Florida Building Code standards while elevating the beauty, energy efficiency, and value of luxury homes. We generate high-quality leads through paid media and require performance-driven creative that converts.

We are seeking a confident, relatable UGC Creator to produce high-converting short-form videos for paid ads and organic social content. This role focuses on creating authentic, homeowner-focused content that drives booked estimates for impact windows, doors, patio enclosures, and hurricane protection upgrades. You do not need to be a licensed contractor — but you must be comfortable speaking on camera about home improvement, storm protection, insurance savings, and lifestyle upgrades. This is not influencer content. This is conversion-focused creative.

What You’ll Be Creating

Content themes include:

  • “Before hurricane season” urgency messaging
  • Insurance premium reduction benefits
  • Noise reduction and energy savings
  • Home value appreciation
  • Impact vs. standard windows comparisons
  • Luxury exterior upgrade transformations
  • Patio enclosure and pergola lifestyle upgrades
  • Neighborhood installation proximity ads

Platforms include:

  • Facebook & Instagram Reels
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Paid Meta ads

Core Responsibilities

  • Film 15–60 second vertical videos optimized for paid traffic
  • Write compelling hooks within the first 3 seconds
  • Deliver multiple variations per concept (hook tests, CTA tests, angles)
  • Speak naturally and confidently on camera
  • Follow brand messaging guidelines
  • Turn around creative quickly for active campaign testing
  • Participate in monthly creative brainstorming sessions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong on-camera presence
  • Speaks clearly and confidently
  • Understands direct-response marketing
  • Comfortable discussing pricing ranges ($20K–$60K home upgrades)
  • Can create testimonial-style, problem/solution, and authority-style videos
  • Familiar with Florida hurricane concerns and homeowner mindset

South Florida homeowners or homeowners themselves are strongly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Smartphone filming capability (high resolution)
  • Strong lighting and audio setup
  • Editing experience (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Ability to add captions and native-style edits

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

  • Strong hook rate (3-second retention)
  • High scroll-stopping performance
  • Improved CTR on Meta campaigns
  • Reduction in cost per booked appointment
  • Volume testing capacity (minimum 8–12 creatives per month)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Palm Beach County, FL
