- Develop creative concepts and execute cohesive campaign look & feel across platforms and deliverables.
- Coordinate with translation partners to obtain translated copy for marketing assets.
- Maintain organized creative workflows, brand guidelines, and asset libraries.
- Design, adapt, and localize layouts and website mocks for artist microsites and campaign landing pages.
- Mockup, localize, and execute global fan email sends in collaboration with digital teams.
- Support global influencer campaigns by advising on creative briefs, reviewing creator drafts, and reporting on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with U.S. label partners and Sony’s international marketing teams to support global creative needs.
- Manage a roster of creative freelancers, including briefing, timeline management, and refining deliverables through collaborative feedback, to support the team’s broader creative output.
Who you are:
- 2–5+ years of experience in graphic & motion design, digital creative, or content production, ideally within music, entertainment, or an agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, motion content, and social‑first creative work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma.
- Deeply plugged into the intersection of music and internet culture, with a strong pulse on emerging trends, narratives, and what resonates online.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
- A proactive, collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
What we give you:
- You join an inclusive, collaborative and global community where you have the opportunity to channel your passion every day
- A modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamwork empowering you to bring your best
- An attractive and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life & disability coverage, and 401K + employer matching
