Annie’s Hallmark and Gretchen’s Hallmark, sister stores, are seeking a creative, engaging, energetic and enthusiastic person to serve as the face for our social media channels. This candidate will bring our brick-and-mortar stores alive for customers on our social media feeds by showcasing our products and promotions.
This candidate must be able to develop, implement, and manage social channels for our 4 different Brands (Annie’s Hallmark, Gretchen’s Hallmark, Pandora Jewelry and Lucy’s Gift Boutique). This will require developing a social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engagement, and traffic. Key duties include creating daily content, managing editorial calendars, analyzing performance metrics, monitoring trends, and fostering audience engagement across our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Define, create, and manage comprehensive social media marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Content Creation & Management: Generate, edit, and publish daily content (text, image, video) and manage content calendars.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, engage, and interact with followers, manage comments, and handle customer service queries
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report on campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to company voice and brand guidelines.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborators & Influencers: Research, vet and hire influencers and collaborators that will fit with our brand.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Platforms: Deep knowledge of major social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Content Creation: Strong copywriting skills, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva), and video editing ability.
- Face of our Brands: Be comfortable appearing on camera and delivering content in an entertaining, educational and/or convincing manner.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build community.
- Analytical: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use analytics tools.
- Organizational: Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
