Key Responsibilities (U.S. and Canada)

Marketing Campaigns and Partnership Support

  • Support marketing campaigns that promote the Foundation’s mission, fundraising initiatives, and partnerships
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives

Communications Support

  • Attend bi-weekly meetings with the Dalton Agency to discuss social media and website projects, including managing agendas and meeting notes
  • Maintain and update the Foundation’s lifesaving stories and testimonials library
  • Draft compelling lifesaving stories for use across digital communications, website, and social media channels

Web

  • Assist with reviewing and optimizing Foundation web updates
  • Manage quarterly marketing updates on the website

Social Media

  • Support development and review of the social media content calendar, including brainstorming new content ideas
  • Manage and grow the Foundation’s LinkedIn page

Email Marketing

  • Draft and send e-newsletter communications for Foundation subscribers (Mailchimp)
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications and brand digital team on Foundation-related communications, including submitting briefs with key messages, imagery, and disclaimers

Administrative and general marketing support

  • Assist in developing and distributing promotional marketing kits to influencer partners and field staff
  • Support management of the Tukaiz marketing material ordering site
  • Pull and analyze grant award impact statistics for marketing and storytelling purposes
  • Provide event marketing support as needed (e.g., Firehouse Subs Open Golf Tournament)
  • Track and organize marketing assets and project timelines
  • Maintain the Foundation’s marketing content library and provide general administrative support to the marketing department

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics – preferably in the nonprofit or restaurant industry
  • Strong writing portfolio (writing samples required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior nonprofit experience
  • Proficient in data visualization tools
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, CRM systems, and digital campaign performance tracking
