Content & Brand Marketing Manager

$90,000 - $100,000 + 15% bonus

A European-based ultra-luxury lifestyle group is seeking a Content & Brand Marketing Manager to support the execution of day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, social, and experiential channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how premium brands show up across content and culture — and is comfortable moving between creative ideation and real-world execution.

You will work closely with leadership to bring campaigns to life across social platforms, content shoots, brand activations, and partner collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture on-site photo and video content for use across social media platforms
  • Edit and produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and digital campaigns
  • Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns and activations
  • Manage day-to-day social media publishing and content calendars
  • Coordinate external vendors including photographers, videographers, and designers
  • Assist with influencer partnerships and media collaborations
  • Support website and email marketing updates as required
  • Track performance of social and campaign initiatives
  • Assist with branded materials and marketing asset coordination
  • Support event activations and launch moments where needed

Ideal Background

  • Experience working with premium or design-led consumer brands
  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form social content independently
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting brand campaigns or marketing activations
  • Familiarity with influencer partnerships and social trends
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills

Experience across hospitality, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, or similar premium environments is beneficial.
