You’ll be responsible for shaping the online presence of a beloved cookie brand and a specialty coffee company — from retail store energy to mobile truck events, seasonal launches, collaborations, and community moments.

What You’ll Own
- Lead social strategy for both Ally’s Cookies and Doglio Coffee
- Grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts organically
- Capture high-energy, scroll-stopping content onsite (retail shop, truck/trailer, markets, events)
- Create short-form video (Reels/TikTok) that highlights products, people, and personality
- Plan monthly content calendars tied to launches, holidays, and seasonal menus
- Maintain distinct but complementary brand voices for both companies
- Engage with our audience — comments, DMs, reviews
- Support email campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate on influencer partnerships and community activations
- Support traditional marketing efforts including signage, event promotion, and in-store materials
- Track analytics and present growth insights monthly
Who You Are
- You’ve grown accounts organically — and can show us how you did it
- You understand how to make food & beverage content feel crave-worthy
- You know how to balance aesthetics with authenticity
- You can shoot strong content with a DSLR or high-end smartphone
- You’re comfortable editing in CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
- You understand brand voice and visual consistency
- You can manage two brands without blending them together
- You work independently and hit deadlines
- You have reliable transportation for onsite content capture

Position Details
- Part-time (10–15 hours per week)
- Mix of onsite content creation + remote editing and posting
- Flexible scheduling based on campaign and event needs

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
