True Classic is hiring a Manager, Affiliates to lead the development and scaling of our affiliate and creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, Instagram, and emerging social platforms. In this role you will build structured systems to identify, recruit, activate, and grow high-potential early-stage creators into long-term brand partners who drive revenue, contribution margin, UGC output, and community growth.

All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.

Areas of Accountability

Creator Funnel Development & Recruitment

  • Build and scale a structured creator funnel across TikTok Shop, Instagram, and emerging platforms
  • Source high-potential, early-stage creators with strong upside
  • Develop scalable prospecting systems and maintain a robust creator database
  • Build repeatable outreach frameworks (DM, platform-native, and tool-driven)
  • Continuously refine qualification criteria to improve activation and performance rates

Creator Vetting, Onboarding & Activation

  • Establish structured evaluation criteria to ensure brand alignment, content quality, consistency, and growth trajectory
  • Own end-to-end onboarding experience including brand education, messaging guardrails, product positioning, and commission structure
  • Develop onboarding playbooks and training materials to reduce time to first post
  • Coordinate product seeding and guide initial content creation
  • Drive activation within the first 14 days and optimize early performance

Performance Management & UGC Revenue Flywheel

  • Track and optimize affiliate-driven net revenue and contribution margin
  • Monitor creator activation rates, retention, and first 30-day revenue performance
  • Identify top-performing UGC and partner with Paid Media to whitelist and scale winning creative
  • Build a repeatable pipeline that converts organic affiliate content into paid advertising assets
  • Measure and improve ROAS and CAC impact from affiliate-generated creative

Community Building & Leadership Development

  • Partner cross-functionally to operate and grow a high-performance Discord creator community
  • Build culture around performance, growth, and recognition
  • Celebrate top performers and increase long-term retention and LTV
  • Develop a structured leadership track for top creators
  • Enable high-performing creators to recruit, mentor, and scale new talent within the ecosystem

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Paid Media: Scale high-performing affiliate UGC into paid advertising, track ROAS impact, and optimize creative feedback loops
  • Brand & Creative: Ensure content aligns with brand standards while maximizing conversion performance
  • Growth & E-commerce: Align affiliate channel targets with broader revenue and contribution margin goals
  • Operations & Logistics: Coordinate product seeding, inventory availability, and fulfillment for creators
  • Analytics & Finance: Track contribution margin, CAC impact, revenue attribution, and channel profitability

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social commerce
  • Direct hands-on experience with TikTok Shop
  • Deep understanding of short-form UGC performance dynamics and creator economics
  • Experience managing creator relationships and performance at scale
  • Strong analytical skillset with comfort interpreting revenue, margin, and performance data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building affiliate or creator systems from scratch
  • Proficiency with tools such as Yuka, Grovy, TikTok Shop backend, and platform-native discovery tools
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-velocity, performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a track record of closing creator partnerships
  • Builder mentality with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes
