In this role, you will help bring Patagonia Provisions’ mission and brand to life through events, field marketing, and digital activation. As the Marketing Coordinator, Events & Activation, you’ll support the execution of brand experiences, content creation, and influencer and affiliate programs that connect people to our food, values, and purpose. You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Lead, Communications & Digital Marketing, and collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver thoughtful, values‑driven storytelling and memorable brand moments. This role directly supports Patagonia Provisions’ work to build a more responsible and regenerative food system—and our broader commitment to save our home planet.

What You’ll Do:

Events & Field Marketing

  • Manage the events calendar, including coordinating content capture and organizing product shipments for brand and partner events.
  • Liaise with distributors and external partners to support beer sampling logistics and the execution of beer‑focused events and field marketing activations.
  • Support demo program scheduling and communication with store ambassadors.

Content & Digital Activation

  • Manage the social media calendar in alignment with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal priorities.
  • Support influencer seeding, relationship management, and affiliate programs.
  • Assist with community management and engagement across digital platforms, helping to grow a values‑aligned audience.
  • Collaborate with creative partners and freelancers to ensure assets are delivered on time and on brand.

  • Highly organized, with strong project management and logistics skills; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Creative and collaborative, bringing a consumer‑first perspective to brand activation.
  • Scrappy and adaptable, comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Values‑driven and aligned with Patagonia Provisions’ mission, with an interest in sustainability and responsible food systems.

Experience You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a food, beverage, or CPG brand.
  • Working knowledge of the social media landscape and digital content best practices.
  • Experience supporting events, field marketing, or brand activations.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with external partners and vendors.
  • Experience working with social scheduling tools, project management tools, CRM platforms, or similar systems is a plus.

Hiring Range: $75,000-$85,000 USD Annual

At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget. Note the full pay range for this role ranges from: $69,000 - $104,900 USD Annual. The Hiring Range reflects where in the range we intend to hire for this role.

Workplace Location Overview

This position is Hybrid, with a standard schedule of Tuesday - Thursday on-site and remote work on other days. Occasional additional office visits may be required for team events or critical meetings.
