Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven Marketing Intern to join our Philadelphia team for a structured summer internship. This role provides comprehensive exposure to multifamily marketing across both strategic planning and tactical execution within a national real estate platform managing more than 36,000 units. You’ll gain insight into how marketing directly supports occupancy, revenue performance, and asset value across a portfolio of 100+ apartment communities nationwide. This is an ideal opportunity for a student interested in performance-driven marketing, digital strategy, and commercial real estate branding.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Support digital marketing strategy initiatives across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, and geofencing campaigns
  • Assist with budget tracking and optimization efforts across a national portfolio
  • Analyze GA4 reporting, Looker Studio dashboards, and lead-to-lease funnel performance
  • Conduct research related to SEO strategy and AI-driven search visibility trends
  • Support campaign planning for organic and paid social media initiatives
  • Assist with online reputation management, influencer initiatives, and email marketing efforts
  • Contribute to property-level branding projects and signage coordination
  • Provide support for competitive positioning analysis and longest-sitting vacant strategies
  • Assist with vendor coordination and annual marketing budget planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3.25 GPA requirement
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Social Media, Digital Media, or related field
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with comfort working in data-driven environments
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Clear and professional written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Curiosity about how marketing decisions connect to financial and operational outcomes
  • Interest in commercial real estate or high-level brand strategy
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical execution
  • Requirement: Must be able to travel to Tampa, FL Corporate Office for company paid, multi-day assignment.
