Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
- Manage social media calendars using applications like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; utilize insights to refine content strategies.
- Optimize content for SEO by performing keyword research and implementing best practices to improve organic reach on search engines and social platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and other platforms to target specific audiences effectively.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance; prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through public relations efforts to enhance brand credibility.
- Support branding initiatives by maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all digital channels while ensuring proofreading accuracy for all published materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or related roles demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research tools, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience running targeted ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, and public relations strategies.
- Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft engaging copy tailored for various audiences.
- Ability to analyze data insights from Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing efforts.
