Position Summary

The Brand Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Feature’s brand strategy, digital presence, and experiential marketing efforts. This position serves as a central point of coordination between internal teams, vendors, and partners, helping ensure campaigns, presentations, events, and content are executed efficiently and consistently.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Las Vegas, requiring strong organization, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across digital, in-store, and event channels.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Social Media & Content Coordination

  • Manage and support social media content planning and execution.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, models, and creative production timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand voice.
  • Identify and engage local influencers, creators, and potential models for campaigns and activations.

Event & Activation Management

  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, community events, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate vendors, talent, and logistics for events and campaigns.
  • Support on-site event operations as needed.

Project & Team Coordination

  • Develop and maintain presentations, reports, and decks.
  • Organize meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations, and external partners.
  • Utilize project management tools to track deadlines and deliverables.

Performance & Process Improvement

  • Monitor campaign and platform performance metrics.
  • Support reporting and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with local creative, influencer, and fashion communities is a plus.
