<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blogs, and photography that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine marketing tactics.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners to amplify campaign impact and foster positive public relations.
  • Monitor web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee graphic design projects utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce visually compelling marketing materials.
  • Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand voice consistency before publication.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience in social media management combined with a strong understanding of social media marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Google Analytics, and Facebook Advertising platforms.
  • Skilled in content creation including graphic design, video editing, photography, and copywriting tailored for online audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research strategies, web analytics, and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
  • Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft clear and engaging messaging under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and public relations tactics to monitor brand reputation proactively.
