Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, for a Mandarin Creator Partnerships Manager. The selected candidate will manage relationships with Mandarin-speaking creators, develop strategic partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding creators, supporting client accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. The role requires a proactive, culturally aware individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and fostering strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard Mandarin-speaking creators across TikTok and other social platforms
  • Build long-term partnerships with creators in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, food, and tech categories
  • Maintain structured creator database and performance tracking system
  • Develop tiered engagement strategies for high-potential creators

Partnership Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Match creators with brand campaigns, livestream projects, and short-video collaborations
  • Collaborate with brand service and livestream teams to optimize campaign ROI
  • Monitor creator performance metrics (GMV, engagement, conversion rate)
  • Provide data-driven feedback to improve content and sales outcomes

Offline Creator Events & Community Building

  • Plan and execute offline creator training sessions, networking events, and matchmaking tours
  • Work with venue, production, and marketing teams to drive event exposure and attendance
  • Build a structured Mandarin creator community ecosystem

Business Development Support

  • Identify monetization opportunities within the creator network
  • Support brand acquisition efforts by showcasing creator resources and success cases
  • Develop creator case studies and performance reports

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem and livestream commerce
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously
  • Experience organizing offline events is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset; ability to analyze performance metrics

  • Experience working in U.S. market
  • Existing creator network is a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work in fast-paced startup environment
