About the team:

The Roku Ad Marketing team is responsible for accelerating new revenue potential, advancing Roku’s advertising brand positioning, and providing insights and inspiration that help businesses maximize their potential in TV streaming. Our team of marketers, strategists, and designers delivers client strategies, research and insights, new product innovations, events, and experiences — all in service of Roku’s purpose to make TV better for everyone.

About the role:

Roku is seeking a highly analytical and organized Media Manager to join our Ad Marketing and Ads Manager teams. In this critical role, you will be the leading driver of our media management and tools and resources we need to succeed. You’ll bring a DTC mindset to B2B and help us operate effectively as we scale. You’ll own the full media strategy and execution, driving measurable results and ROAS across paid channels.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $110,000 to $135,000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What you’ll be doing:

  • Own end to end paid media strategy across channels including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Roku Ads, influencers, newsletters, podcasts, and other new and emerging channels
  • Develop and communicate clear media plans, testing roadmap, and creative priorities that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion, from sign-up to repeat buyers.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign optimizations and strategies that improve efficiency, scale what works, and course-correct where needed
  • Drive and track against clear media targets that move the business forward and manage key projects and communications with our paid media agency to ensure alignment
  • Contribute to attribution modeling and measurement frameworks that capture the impact of your media strategies
  • Manage monthly budgets and allocation, ensuring alignment and impact to financial and marketing forecasts
  • Partner with product, sales, and other marketing functions to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives. Translate robust marketing calendar to media moments and seasonality

We're excited if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in media management scaling multi-million dollar budgets, ideally in a DTC brand or scaled B2B organization
  • Deep expertise and hands-on in-platform experience optimizing major paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) with certifications a strong plus
  • Extremely strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and data tools (Looker and Google Analytics are a plus)
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and conversion tracking
  • POV on creative strategy and performance
  • You’re growth-obsessed and always finding the next “unlock”
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and clear communication and presentation skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
