ETHERIA™ is building a hardware-enabled hydration platform deploying smart dispensing systems across universities and commercial fitness environments.
We are entering pilot phase in Southern California and preparing for structured regional expansion.
Institutional partnership structuring is handled internally. We are now seeking a senior marketing leader to architect the brand, demand engine, and integrated growth strategy within university ecosystems.
The Opportunity
This is not a campus ambassador role.
This is not a junior growth position.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for:
- Defining brand positioning within university and performance markets
- Designing integrated launch campaigns across physical + digital touchpoints
- Creating scalable awareness systems across multi-campus environments
- Converting institutional presence into measurable adoption
You will work directly with the Founder and senior commercialization leadership.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Architecture & Positioning
- Define ETHERIA’s positioning within university and fitness markets
- Translate hardware infrastructure into a compelling lifestyle narrative
- Shape messaging frameworks for institutional and student audiences
Integrated Campaign Development
- Develop and execute multi-channel launch strategies (digital, social, experiential, influencer, campus activations)
- Build scalable playbooks for expansion across campuses
- Integrate physical presence (machine placements) with digital adoption drivers
Campus Growth Systems
- Architect ambassador and referral ecosystems
- Identify influence nodes within campus communities
- Develop measurable frameworks for awareness, engagement, and conversion
Analytics & Optimization
- Define KPIs for brand lift, engagement, and adoption velocity
- Design testing frameworks for new campus rollouts
- Iterate creative and media strategy based on performance data
Ideal Background
We are looking for someone who has:
- 10+ years leading integrated marketing programs
- Experience managing complex, multi-market campaigns
- Experience building or scaling consumer brands
- Deep digital and social strategy expertise
- Strong cross-functional leadership ability
- Comfort working in early-stage, high-ambiguity environments
Bonus:
- Experience with Gen Z or university audiences
- Background in beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or performance brands
- Experience bridging physical products with digital ecosystems
Why This Role Is Unique
- Early entry into a category-defining platform
- Ability to shape brand foundation before national expansion
- Direct access to founder and executive decision-making
- Path to executive leadership as regional scale accelerates
If you’ve led integrated campaigns, understand how to build cultural relevance, and are excited by the opportunity to architect a brand from the ground up, we’d welcome a conversation.
