Responsibilities
Experiential Strategy & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute branded pop-ups and 360-degree experiential campaigns.
- Translate client objectives into compelling, immersive live experiences.
- Oversee the full event lifecycle from creative ideation through to on-site teardown.
- Develop detailed production timelines and run-of-show documents to ensure delivery.
- Guarantee seamless on-site execution and strict brand alignment.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for experiential clients, leading planning calls and managing approvals.
- Align internal creative and production teams with client expectations and campaign KPIs.
- Deliver comprehensive post-event reporting, performance recaps, and ROI analysis.
Influencer & VIP Engagement
- Develop and manage end-to-end influencer and VIP invitation strategies.
- Curate exclusive guest lists aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Oversee RSVP tracking, guest communications, and premium on-site hospitality.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier creators and industry partners.
Operations, Logistics & Team Leadership
- Coordinate vendors, venues, and production partners while negotiating contracts for cost efficiency.
- Manage complex logistics, including setup/teardown, staffing plans, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Lead, mentor, and manage experiential team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Own budget management from allocation to reconciliation, ensuring profitability without compromising on quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Spatial Design, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in events marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and client accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Excel, Slack, and Airtable.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote environment with self-management.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean language proficiency.
