SELFishly Aesthetics & Wellness is a luxury medical aesthetics and wellness practice in San Francisco. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to oversee our digital presence, content creation, and community engagement.

This role requires strong time management, a polished aesthetic, and prior experience in social media marketing—preferably within the medspa, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness space.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, static posts)
• Conduct on-site photo and video shoots with providers, staff, and clients (with consent)
• Manage daily posting, captions, scheduling, and content calendars
• Monitor and respond to DMs and comments promptly and professionally
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and social listening tools to enhance content relevance.
• Includes providing general pricing information and directing clients to scheduling
• Coordinate influencer outreach, partnerships, and ongoing influencer management
• Maintain brand voice and elevated, luxury aesthetic across all content
• Track engagement, performance, and trends to optimize strategy
• Collaborate with leadership and front desk to align promotions, launches, and messaging

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Portfolio required (medspa/aesthetics experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability for shoots, launches, and timely engagement
• Must be exclusive with SELFishly (no competing medspa or aesthetic brands)
• San Francisco–based or able to commute for on-site content creation

• Ability to create engaging multimedia content including videos through editing software; photography skills are a plus.

• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and compelling.
