As we continue expanding globally, we are seeking a strategic and culturally fluent marketing director to lead brand growth, storytelling, and community expansion at the highest level.

OVERVIEW

The Marketing Director will lead the overall marketing vision and execution for KORELIMITED. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will own brand positioning, growth strategy, campaign development, influencer partnerships, community building, and performance marketing.

You should deeply understand culture-driven brands, fashion marketing, and digital ecosystems — especially how storytelling, identity, and community translate into measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that KORELIMITED is not just apparel — it’s representation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Identify and evolve KORELIMITED’s brand narrative and voice
  • Lead seasonal campaign strategy and product storytelling
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (social, email, web, retail, events)

Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • Oversee email, SMS, and retention marketing programs
  • Drive customer acquisition, LTV growth, and conversion rate optimization
  • Manage marketing budget allocation and performance reporting
  • Rigorous A/B testing

Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Lead and oversee influencer seeding, partnerships, and ambassador programs
  • Build authentic relationships within Korean-American and global Korean communities
  • Oversee creator collaborations and campaign activations
  • Expand community initiatives and cultural partnerships

Content & Social Strategy

  • Guide content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Oversee campaign creative direction alongside internal and external teams
  • Identify culturally relevant trends and moments for brand participation

Team Leadership

  • Build and manage internal marketing team
  • Collaborate closely with design, e-commerce, and operations teams
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fashion, streetwear, or culture-driven brands
  • In-office (not remote)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
