Are you passionate about building communities and shaping culturally relevant brands through innovative social strategies? We are seeking an experienced Associate Strategy Director to drive best-in-class, future-forward social strategy for a portfolio of leading alcbev brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and execution of integrated social strategy across paid, owned, earned, and influencer channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including brand managers, insights analysts, creative directors, and media teams to deliver unified communications.
  • Conduct audience research and craft data-driven insights, using tools such as Brandwatch and other social listening platforms.
  • Develop communications frameworks and strategic points of view (POVs) that address both long-term brand equity and fast-turn campaign activations.
  • Translate data into clear, engaging narratives and strategic storytelling for presentations to senior leadership and C-suite executives.
  • Author briefs, social playbooks, platform guidelines, and reporting that inspire creative teams and guide marketing execution.
  • Act as a thought leader on the latest digital and social trends, advocating for innovative and impactful channel activations.
  • Foster and maintain platform partnerships, staying ahead of changes that could benefit or impact brand objectives.
  • Champion inclusive, authentic representation of diverse consumer audiences throughout all strategic planning and creative output.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Strategist, with at least 5 years in an advertising agency environment.
  • At least 4 years using Brandwatch or comparable social listening and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and adept at writing strategic briefs and marketing documentation.
  • Deep understanding of social platform best practices, influencer strategies, and audience research methods.
