Description

As a member of the Agile Practice, the Scrum Master’s primary accountability is the effectiveness of the development teams they guide. The Scrum Master ensures understanding and application of agile theory and practice within the team and the broader organization. This includes coaching teams in autonomy, responsiveness, stakeholder concern, and continuous improvement; supporting the Product Manager with effective backlog management and an empirical product strategy; and serving the organization by leading, training, and coaching on agile strategies.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
