3) Vendor & Freelancer Coordination

  • Conduct outreach to freelancers and vendors for quotes, availability, and capability checks.
  • Maintain updated vendor lists and rate references.
  • Assist in tracking holds, bookings, and release communications.

4) Client & Internal Communication

  • Attend client meetings alongside Producers and internal teams.
  • Take and maintain clear, organized meeting notes with documented action items.
  • Support in drafting client-facing updates and recap summaries.
  • Help prepare materials for client presentations and production updates.
  • Communicate clearly with internal creative and production teams to keep projects aligned.
  • Observe and learn how scope, timing, and creative direction are communicated to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate (or graduating Spring 2026) with a strong interest in production, creative marketing, influencer marketing, or commercial content creation.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be active on production sets.

Preferred Qualifications
