Status: Part-Time | 20-30 hours/week (some evenings/weekends may be required)

Pay Range: $24–$30/hour (based on experience)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support multi-channel marketing execution, optimization, and growth initiatives across a portfolio of client accounts.

This role focuses primarily on email marketing, keyword research, analytics, conversion-focused storytelling, and proactive community engagement, working closely with leadership to turn strategy into measurable results.

This role is for you if:

  • You love discovering emerging trends and content ideas on TikTok and Instagram and you instinctively think about how to apply them strategically.
  • You find yourself analyzing eCommerce websites, newsletters, landing pages, and ad campaigns to understand what makes them convert.
  • You enjoy both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and don’t want to choose between the two.
  • You feel energized in a fast-paced environment where multiple campaigns move at once.
  • You’re a self-starter who feels successful when clients grow , convert, and see real performance improvements.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots using research, data, and systems to support campaigns that drive engagement, revenue, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing

  • Design, build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns across platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact
  • Support email planning, A/B testing, and iteration to improve engagement and conversions
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure on-time execution

Social Media + Website

Keyword Research & Content Creation

  • Conduct keyword and topic research to inform:
  • Social captions, graphic copy, and engaging hooks
  • Hashtags
  • Original short-form video theme concepts
  • Blog or landing page content (as needed)
  • Translate research into a clear direction for content execution roles
  • Graphic creation and short-form video creation and editing as needed.

Stories, Funnels & Conversion Support

  • Create and execute Instagram and Facebook story sequences
  • Support conversion-focused funnels aligned with campaigns, launches, or promotions
  • Ensure stories and CTAs align with broader marketing goals

UGC + Influencer Campaigns

  • Assist with researching, coordinating, and managing influencer/UGC campaigns as needed

Proactive Community Engagement

  • Engage intentionally on social media with followers, industry peers, competitor and partner accounts
  • Support relationship-building efforts that contribute to growth, visibility, and conversions
  • Send weekly invite requests to users who have engaged with the accounts on Facebook
  • Monitor community sentiment and surface insights to leadership

Website & Campaign Support

  • Make light website updates using WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms as needed
  • Support campaign coordination, quality assurance, and execution across channels
  • Maintain organized documentation and task updates

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with leadership to support strategy execution and cross-functionally with designers, content producers (video/photo), web designers/developers, and external vendors to support timely project delivery
  • Liaise with clients to gather feedback, submit drafts, and coordinate final approvals.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update content calendars weekly or as needed to ensure timely delivery of deliverables and brand consistency
  • Communicate proactively around priorities, risks, and timelines
  • Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions, campaign ideation, and strategic planning

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across:
  • Email, social, website, and boosted or paid content (as applicable)
  • Prepare monthly analytics reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Identify trends and opportunities to inform optimization and future planning

Database & Asset Management

  • Maintain and organize creative libraries, UGC content, and client case studies as needed
  • Ensure digital assets and written content are accessible and archived for reuse

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar digital marketing role
  • Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms, analytics and reporting, keyword and content research
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple clients and priorities without constant direction
  • Organized, systems-oriented, and reliable with deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools such as Google Drive, Asana (or similar PM tools), Canva, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to think strategically while still executing tactically
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience in the health, wellness, food, or lifestyle industries is a plus, but not required

  • Must have access to a reliable computer, smartphone, and internet
  • Must have a quiet space for Virtual calls and Meetings
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Salary: $24-$30/hour (equivalent to approximately $23,000 to $43,200 annually DOE)
