Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Classification: Full-time (40 hours/week) Hourly Non-Exempt

Location: Seattle, WA

Workdays: Monday–Friday

Work Hours: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (8 hours per day – Flexible)

Seeking Health is a health and wellness company that believes in social interaction and personal engagement. Therefore, we embrace the in-person experience, however, we do offer occasional remote days per a structured work from home policy, as approved by your manager.

Position Summary

This position will drive the growth and engagement of the Seeking Health brand across all social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The Marketing Specialist will independently develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive measurable revenue. This role will also oversee and manage the Affiliate community platform, building and nurturing relationships with influencers to amplify brand reach. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of growing brands online, leveraging AI-driven tools and chatbot funnels to maximize conversions and engagement.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to grow the brand’s online presence.
  • Independently ideate, plan, and launch full social media campaigns from concept through execution.
  • Manage and grow the Affiliate community platform, fostering engagement with influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Plan and coordinate influencer campaigns, including outreach, partnership management, and performance tracking.
  • Implement and optimize chatbot funnels to drive conversions, revenue, and audience engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to inform social media strategy, content creation, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Create and maintain a detailed content calendar ensuring consistent, on-brand posting across all platforms.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and sales events.
  • Maintain brand voice, visual consistency, and adherence to Seeking Health’s brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Partner with and manage an external agency to facilitate TikTok growth strategy, content production, and brand expansion on the platform.
  • Manage all aspects of the Affiliate platform, including onboarding, communication, campaign coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Present campaign results, growth metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all social media projects and campaigns are completed on time and aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide support for the Marketing department and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Preferences

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent working experience preferred.
  • 3–5 years of social media management experience with a proven track record of growing brands on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing affiliate or influencer marketing programs.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center).
  • Experience using AI tools to develop and optimize social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop best practices, strategy, and platform functionality required.
  • Experience partnering with and managing external agencies to execute platform-specific growth strategies.
  • Experience building and managing chatbot funnels for conversion and engagement.
  • Highly number-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, drive new ideas, and execute campaigns with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to self-report on performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Proven track record in working collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team and proactively inserting yourself, as necessary.
