Perfume Street (founded in 2023) creates, builds, and scales luxury fragrance brands globally.

We operate like a startup with global ambition — managing everything from product development to worldwide distribution.

We recently launched Borsalino Fragrances (est. 1857) globally in March 2025 and are now entering a major expansion phase, opening 6 new countries in the coming months.

We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Senior Global Marketing Manager to lead this next chapter.

The Role

This is a true 360° marketing ownership role.

You will lead global strategy while being deeply involved in execution — across product launches, digital, PR, influencer marketing, trade marketing, retail activations, and events.

You will:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategy
  • Lead new product launches from concept to retail
  • Manage global campaigns (digital, PR, influencer, trade)
  • Coordinate with distributors and retail partners worldwide
  • Analyze performance and optimize growth levers
  • Manage budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams

This role requires structure, speed, and entrepreneurial thinking. We are a small team doing big things, organization and ownership are critical.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years in marketing strategy and brand building
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Deep understanding of digital & social ecosystems
  • Experience managing multiple projects and budgets
  • Highly organized and execution-focused
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in the Luxury beauty industry
  • French is a plus.
