As the Brand Manager – Mickey Thompson, you will be pivotal in driving the brand’s integrated marketing strategy and ensuring consistent, insight‑driven consumer engagement across all channels. You will shape the brand’s presence by leading social/digital content strategy, influencer programs, and event/sponsorship activation. This role significantly impacts brand equity and growth by overseeing agency partners, managing a direct report, defining brand identity standards, and steering annual planning and budget management. Your leadership will help deepen consumer understanding, enhance brand experiences, and ensure flawless execution at key motorsports and consumer events.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and activate brand partnerships, sponsorships, influencer programs, and event marketing—collaborating closely with the Motorsports team and traveling as needed for on‑site execution.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi‑channel marketing strategies—including social, PR, partnerships, promotions, and events—grounded in consumer insights and brand positioning.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment and oversee agency partners to deliver consistent, effective consumer communication throughout the full customer journey.
- Build annual marketing plans, set KPIs, manage budgets, and identify growth opportunities using market research, performance data, and competitive intelligence.
- Provide leadership to direct reports and guide external agencies to ensure seamless campaign development, execution, and measurement.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in marketing. 7 or more years of experience in Marketing or Product Management.
What Will Set You Apart
- Master's degree in marketing.
- Experience in a performance aftermarket marketing role.
- Prior experience managing others or leading a team.
- Must have experience leading the execution of marketing plans, managing budgets and managing agency relationships.
- Experience with various social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital marketing tactics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Driven and passionate about marketing strategy and performance measurement.
