Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across our hotels, restaurant, and nightlife venue. This role works closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to bring brand strategy to life, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement across all touchpoints.

The Marketing Manager serves as the central hub for marketing execution, managing campaigns, branding, content, partnerships, and promotional initiatives, while ensuring all messaging aligns with brand standards and business goals. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Execute the annual marketing and communications plan developed alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and rollout of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, PR, and on-property channels.
  • Manage marketing calendars for hotel, food & beverage outlets, nightlife programming, and special events.
  • Drive revenue-focused initiatives including promotions, packages, partnerships, and experiential activations.

Brand Management

  • Ensure all brand standards, voice, and visual identity remain consistent across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and approval of all marketing collateral, including digital assets, signage, menus, website content, and advertising.
  • Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally.

Social Media & Digital Innovation

  • Lead social media strategy across all platforms including content planning, influencer partnerships, paid campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Monitor trends and leverage emerging platforms to drive brand awareness and revenue.
  • Utilize AI tools and marketing technologies to improve campaign performance, automate workflows, enhance guest personalization, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, and AI-driven consumer engagement.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Manage website updates, third-party listings, OTAs, booking engine content, and online reputation platforms.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, influencer collaborations, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and ROI.
  • Support CRM and email marketing initiatives to increase guest retention and loyalty.

Events, Entertainment & Programming

  • Partner with the entertainment and operations teams to promote nightlife programming, activations, and special events.
  • Coordinate marketing support for major citywide events (e.g., holiday celebrations, festivals, cultural events).
  • Develop promotional strategies for recurring entertainment, seasonal campaigns, and themed experiences.

Sales Support

  • Provide marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials for the Sales team.
  • Assist with group sales promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, and local business relationships.
  • Support revenue strategy meetings with forward-thinking marketing initiatives.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, photographers, PR firms, influencers, and other vendors.
  • Oversee graphic design workflow and project timelines.
  • Track and manage the marketing budget, invoices, and ROI reporting.

Internal Collaboration

  • Serve as an internal marketing resource for all departments including Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, and Human Resources.
  • Communicate upcoming campaigns and events across departments to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support company culture initiatives, community outreach, and corporate responsibility programs

Qualifications

  • Previous hotel or multi-venue experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, advertising, and public relations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual direction skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
