Account Sales Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong customer service and hospitality experience to join our team as an Account Sales Representative. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, creating positive guest experiences, and representing a brand with professionalism and confidence.

What You Will Do

• Provide warm, attentive, one on one customer interactions that mirror high level hospitality service
• Maintain a friendly, guest focused approach while presenting product features and benefits
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring customers feel supported
• Actively represent the brand with professionalism and act as a positive brand influencer
• Support sales efforts by generating interest , contributing to lead activity, and engaging customers throughout each activation
• Report event data, customer feedback, and photos accurately and on time
• Stay knowledgeable on product updates to ensure customers receive clear and confident communication
• Build trust with customers and clients through dependable service and consistent follow through

Preferred Experience

• Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is a strong advantage
• Experience working in fast paced, people centered environments
• Outgoing, approachable, resourceful, and able to maintain a welcoming demeanor at all times
• Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating leadership when interacting with customers
