Job Summary We’re hiring a strategic, creative Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of a rapidly growing luxury automotive brand with 4M+ organic followers worldwide.

You’ll own the brand voice, visual identity, and community across all major platforms.
This is not a scheduling-only role — it’s a brand leadership role.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X & emerging platforms
- Build a balanced content mix (storytelling, product features, BTS, client highlights, lifestyle)
- Direct photography and video production (internal & external teams)
- Create shoot briefs and approve final creative assets
- Maintain strict visual and tonal brand standards
- Write high-impact captions tailored to affluent audiences
- Protect brand assets, usage rights & intellectual property
Community & Brand Management
- Manage comments, DMs, tags & mentions with a luxury-level customer experience
- Engage high-value followers and aligned influencers
- Build relationships with automotive & lifestyle creators
- Monitor brand reputation and manage feedback proactively
- Maintain confidentiality for high-profile clients & unreleased vehicles
Growth & Performance
- Drive meaningful, high-quality audience growth
- Track engagement, reach & conversion indicators
- Adjust strategy based on performance data
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates & content trends
- Partner with sales & production teams to support revenue goals
- Coordinate major content moments (reveals, deliveries, milestones)
Qualifications Required:
- 3–5+ years managing brand social media (not personal accounts)
- Experience growing and engaging large audiences (500K+ preferred)
- Leadership experience with creative teams or contractors
- Strong short-form video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Ability to direct long-form YouTube content
- Exceptional copywriting skills
- Experience with scheduling tools & analytics platforms
- Background in luxury, automotive, or premium brands
Preferred
- Luxury automotive experience
- Portfolio showcasing high-end visual storytelling
- Influencer partnership experience
- Basic design skills (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva)
- Paid social campaign experience
- Brand monitoring or trademark knowledge
- Budget and vendor management experience
