They are seeking an Owned & Earned Media Strategist to shape and execute social and content strategy for the Latin America & Caribbean region. This role sits within the POE (Paid, Owned & Earned) Media team and plays a key role in driving real-time, culturally relevant content that builds engagement and momentum across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day owned and earned media strategy for the LA&C region—overseeing organic content planning, publishing, and real-time activations.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and creative teams to bring integrated campaigns to life across digital and social platforms.
- Evolve the brand’s real-time and reactive approach to drive cultural relevance and visibility.
- Translate cultural insights into actionable creative and platform recommendations.
- Align organic and paid strategies for maximum reach and impact.
- Track performance metrics and apply learnings to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
Who You Are
- 3–6+ years of experience in social media strategy, content, or community management (brand or agency).
- Deep understanding of how owned and earned channels build cultural relevance and brand love.
- Confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions; familiar with balancing global strategy with local nuances.
- Deeply tapped into internet culture, creators, and social trends across Latin America.
- Comfortable collaborating with designers, writers, PR, and influencer teams to produce creative, effective content.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken); Portuguese a plus.
- Data-savvy, able to use insights to refine and optimize content performance.
