Position Overview

We are hiring a

Paid Ads Manager

to own and help scale all paid media channels across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, TV ads (using MNTN). 

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling across all paid platforms. You will directly manage budgets, creative testing, audience strategy, and funnel performance while maintaining strict ROAS and blended performance targets.

Key Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Own and manage paid acquisition strategy across:

  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • TikTok Ads

  • Pinterest Ads

  • MNTN Ads

  • Manage and scale six-figure monthly ad budgets profitably

  • Maintain and improve ROAS, MER, and blended CAC targets

  • Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, retention)

  • Allocate budget strategically across channels based on performance data

Platform & Technical Expertise

Deep expertise in:

  • Google Ads Manager
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Pinterest Ads Manager
  • TV Ads
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Conversion tracking
  • Attribution models
  • Pixel implementation
  • Server-side tracking
  • North Star Metric: AMER % (New customer revenue / ad spend)
  • Ensure clean data flow between platforms and Shopify

E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization

  • Collaborate on Shopify landing page testing and CRO
  • Work closely with creative team on high-performing ad concepts
  • Develop structured creative testing frameworks
  • Optimize offers, hooks, messaging, and product positioning

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own weekly paid media reporting
  • Analyze blended performance across channels
  • Identify trends in CPM, CTR, CVR, AOV, and contribution margin
  • Make data-backed scaling and budget allocation decisions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads for an e-commerce brand
  • Proven experience scaling Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest ads
  • Strong understanding of ROAS-driven performance marketing
  • Experience working within Shopify
  • Ability to manage and scale significant monthly ad spend
  • Highly analytical and performance-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growth, in-office environment

Extra Preferred Experience

  • Experience with:
  • Klaviyo
  • Postscript
  • Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience working with influencer-generated content for paid ads
  • Experience in DTC or consumer product brands



Compensation

  • Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
