Laced Hair is a fast-growing hair extension, hair care, and education brand that specializes in empowering the hairstylist. We also recently launched our brand new hair care line, LHC! Laced is the brand of choice for hair stylists and their clients. A hair stylist by trade and a CEO by accident, Lacy leads the company that develops products for all of the major hair extensions methods. We are growing fast and need excellent people to help us make a difference for all of the women that rely on Laced products and services.

Our mission extends beyond beauty, as we own and operate the Laced Hair Foundation, a 501©(3) nonprofit organization helping women and young women suffering from hair loss. Through our foundation, we provide support, resources, hair extensions , and wigs to those in need, empowering them to regain their confidence and self-esteem.

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Communities Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing various communities within the Laced Hair family of brands, including partnerships, top customers, and collaborations. In this role, you will also assist in administering several programs, such as our customer loyalty program, the Laced Hair Foundation gala, and various other events across the brands.

Roles and responsibilities:

• TikTok shop working with affiliates on TikTok
• UGC for paid advertising
• Write scripts for influencer deliverables
• Assist with TikTok live
• Communicate with influencers and ambassadors following the strategy from the Social Media Manager & Marketing Director
• Create orders for influencers and PR & follow up
• Create ambassador emails using Roster
• Respond to DMs on all Instagram accounts and TikTok
• Respond to tagged posts on Instagram and TikTok
• Assist in event planning
• Support the warehouse team with fulfilling special orders for influencers & PR
• Help build our yearly community gift box
• Coordinate with other brands on collaboration gifting
• Assist in posting TikToks
• Contribute to finding new collaborations and influencers
• Assist in as needed marketing projects and campaigns
• Be the point of contact for customer pick-ups (which could require in office on Fridays)
• Oversee the distribution of Laced Hair Foundation gifts and resources to our beneficiaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience being responsible for running an ambassador & influencer program
• Have existing connections with influencers and brands
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Knowledge of using a platform (Like Roster) to create ambassador campaigns
• Understands how to assign content deliverable scripts
• Experience with project management software like Asana

Schedule:

• 9-5 in office, Monday – Thursday. Occasional Friday in-office or weekend events as determined by company events.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
